    The people there are neurotic, abrasive, uncooperative, sociopathic, vain, petty, and cant hit a deadline if their lives depended on it, to top it off they all have this Dr. House "im so good at my job, im allowed to break all the rules!" Megalomania. They lack the character traits and skills that are arguably more important than your programming ability for the private sector

    They are always fifth column subverters headed by some jews sitting on their ass, skimming your paycheck, and enriching his friends on the other hand that is the only form of negotiation that works in business short of destroying infastructure

    My personal solution is to ban unions but establish a federal union with mandatory membership
    Make worker protection laws so strong there is no point making one anyway
