Worst you'd get was one or two houses that'd put up a sign saying they don't celebrate Halloween, fuckin' Jehovah's Witnesses or some shit. I packed a can of silly string for those types of events.

Most of the selection round where I grew up was kinda shit, even if you hit the richer neighbourhoods, mostly nut free stuff. But you did get a snickers now and then.

I'm still kind of scratching my head as to why it only started being a problem after being deployed for less than a year. Like, it was on OTP 27.1.3 from the start.

I was banging my head trying to work around the problem at that point (Elixir is fucking dogshit), but I eventually fixed it by just upgrading OTP.
