    @GoyGirl I understand that the nature of such is different for boys, I just don't think it's comparable to the whole tyler thing, and and the nature of punishment in general is a person to person thing, where, no one is free from sin, especially not when they're enacting punishment.

    @GoyGirl kids shock period for traumatic events like almost seeing your sister die and you indirectly caused that? ~2 years. Especially given how young he is? You cannot not understand how a kids mind works and then tinker with it. He obviously cared. He knew it was wrong, he knew she was in danger, it was his responsibility, and he got someone in time.

    @GoyGirl so, either the punishment was proper, or it was a mistake of anger, and should've been something else? I don't think there is a set of circumstances where one is ever justified in forcing their kid to experience the fear of almost drowning firsthand.

    @themilkman back problems still. lung problems still. wasn't able to complete a workout. have to do something annoying today. have a fucking canker sore because I bit my lip so hard while cooking two days ago it cut my inner lip open and I didn't use an oral antiseptic on it until the morning after. music isn't itching proper.
