    @maid this is not the reason. Orthostatic hypotension from severe dehydration. its why the doc told me to drink more water which i've been working on but i'm working against a deficit.

    @vii when I make line of actions it is typically with the bead model, where you make a "knot"/loop at the bottom that is accurate to the angle of the foot parallel to the ground.
