    @Terry idk, i've tried the veggie burgers and calorie wise, they are just as bad for you (higher fat) than regular beef. They don't taste awful but still...eat the bugs and all...

    I like to use this (Walmart I think) for mini pizzas - it’s low carb - so only 16g carbs per entire thing. It’s like a flat bread - so I use these to make mini pizzas on.

    Super good and super low carb comparatively
