I know five guys around 65 who just were too fat for decades and they resorted to treatments.

They are all normal now, just like the other 98% in their circles. If it works, it works, if it does not, there is something deeply wrong in the head.

They all had to loose weight before, for two years. Treatments speed it up after. One guy even lost his surplus skin at ~60-65. Being obese is unnatural and the body wants to get rid of it.
