   It is still so low it is only preventing goiters and damaging deficiency. The thyroid of those with A+/Alpine/Pyrenee/Basque/Balkan regions is like a sponge and can store several orders of magnitudes of Iodine compared wo what you get from meager table salt.

   My great-granddad had a goiter bc there is almost no Iodine in Jurassic stone. Ironic, being it sedimentary from the ocean.

     Samw for Vit D. 200IU/day is ok against rickets but laughably low for the immune system.

     @CapitalB @egirlyuumimain @BowsacNoodle Right; Iodized salt, for example, is a Godsend - representing an authentic White impulse toward the well-being of the Collective. As with anything, it can be abused. But the fact that so essential of a nutrient can still be had so cheaply, at virtually any retail grocery establishment, highlights to me there‘s good in the world, yet.
     Now, if that were the *only* salt available, we’d be up against a different problem. But it’s not, so we aren‘t.
