@BowsacNoodle @Some_German_Guy @ShowMeYourLibrary @RichardKuklinskisIcyGlare Back when I still believed this was our society, and generally took the institutions at face value, I had no objections to the idea of posthumous organ donation - seeing it as a “giving back” of parts I no longer needed.

It didn’t occur to me they’d interpret it as a signal to let me die on an operating table, at the behest of some unknown highest-bidder.

The establishment started lying about this sometime between 1993 and 2002 - at which point I remember first seeing the edit without braces and thinking it was really bizarre that they’d do such a thing.

Problem is, even if someone finds an old VHS copy of the original-with-braces, like this shot, certain “interests” will just claim it’s been edited in.

On its own this data point is insufficiently significant to warrant much of anything. But taken as part of the bigger picture, it’s obvious the establishment wants us to trust them over our own senses.
