    My themes have doctype, but the library I was using to template HTML somehow was stripping the doctype, I'm doing a manual intervention to fix it, sorry.

    wife has finally internalized that if she doesn't like how I wash dishes (perfectly well btw, she hates how her own mother washes dishes) she has to do it herself and she'll be more happy than if I do it not to her standards. And marital bliss has returned.
