Honestly, Russian style concrete apartment buildings would be better than this "tiny home" shit, you could have a wider floor plan and just devote some of the space you save from "yards" to indoor gardens.
We used to do that type of housing before the brutalist era of architecture.

In theory yes, in practice, no.
It's called a "Motion to Recuse" the defense attorney would need to prove the judge is biased to the local governing body, the process is different in each state but it almost always requires that a higher level judge approve it.
The issue with that is that no higher judge will want to touch this case due to the publicity involved and judges don't act like this unless they know for a fact that their superiors will back them up.
Realistically speaking the only way to get a change of judge is for the the current judge to drop dead.

Both the Master System and Xbox look as good to me, they are the two Whitest looking ones to my eyes. Dreamcast has more of an Asian face and Saturn looks more Chinese than Japanese.
Not all Japs have the same admixture, the Whitest looking ones are the Ainu who share a close common ancestor with Slavs. Jomon are mix of Ainu and Yayoi, and the Yayoi are straight up full slants.

The phone is a symptom not a cause, taking it away would help but it won't fix the problem.
The issue is that all societal consequences for the worst elements of female nature have been removed and any attempt at policing that bad behavior is met with state force.
Whore behavior needs to have consequences and women shouldn't be able to fallback on the state when they destroyed all possibility at a healthy relationship.
Without precarity there can never be functional relationships with women.

I personally know a woman who is at the end of that cycle, she lives several doors down from me on my apartment block and constantly asks all the men on the block to help her with stuff. She doesn't work, drinks and smokes all day.
And the state still pays her rent and buys her food.
