HOW TO AVOID PAYING TAXES IN THE US: MY MOST COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO DATE
Preface:
First off, I want to make clear that this guide is not intended to completely wipe you clean of paying some amount to something (eg pure savings). Rather, most (legally viable) methods that will be listed are intended to redirect your cash flow to another source other than federal and state taxes. I have chosen these redirected sources based on their overall effectiveness, legal viability, and somewhat personal preference. If you have any other reasonable suggestions for avoiding taxes, feel free to add them to the conversation.
That being said, I will be sharing my known ways to reduce overall payments to anything in order to reduce your financial burden as much as possible. If you want the short of it, I will tell you now. There is no way to completely avoid taxes in the United States without also completely going off the grid. I have written previously about multiple ways to hide your identity, money, and presence in America and abroad so if that's what you're looking for, please let me know and I will send you the material.
So without going off the grid and without dealing drugs, how does one avoid paying taxes?
CHAPTER 1: THEY LET YOU DO IT I will be starting off with the methods that are actually encouraged by the the IRS but are often ignored and neglected by the average taxpayer unless you have a very jewish accountant. Well today I am your jewish accountant. You may think these methods are common sense but here's a newsflash retard, they're not.
First off, check your state's withholding schedule. This is the document your employer uses to determine whether and how much state tax they need to withdraw from your paycheck. Why start with state and not federal? Well frankly there's much more ground to be made in state taxes than federal unless you're a federal employee (if so this entire series is a parody ;P) and/or own a LOT of clean energy equipment. So we're going to assume you're a W2 employee (you should be, it works out better in the long run). But let's say maybe you make some income on the side through... well honestly it doesn't matter until you check the withholding document first. It can usually be found on tax.(state).gov. What you're looking for is a document that says "employer tax withholding guidelines". Once you find it, you're looking for any obvious loopholes for that additional non-w2 income we talked about.
For example, agricultural labor is often heavily subsidized and gets tax exemptions. But what is agricultural labor? It's defined in division G of section 3121 of Title 26 of the United States Code as "performed on a farm by an employee of any person in connection with any of the following activities" and goes on to list cultivation of soil, raising livestock, fur-bearing animals, beekeeping, the harvesting of any agricultural or horticultural commodity, etc. Now where am I going with this? I'm not necessarily saying to become a full-time farmer to avoid taxes but perhaps you happen to partake in a hobby like beekeeping. This is just one of many examples of where you can find blatant tax avoidance if you just happen to do certain things in certain places so I am just trying to get you on the right path. Basically you want to make as much money as possible through one of these withholding loophole professions to offset whatever taxes you're having to pay. But do not quit that W2 job. It gives the IRS some busy work and makes you seem like a decent enough taxpayer. Don't worry we'll get that down too soon enough.
I should be clear that anything said so far is not an endorsement of working "off the books". It is very tempting for sure and it may feel good for a while until you're audited and jailed. No privacy and tax evasion in prison. Besides, there any many ways to make money and keep more for yourself LEGALLY. If you're still tempted, I recommend "How to Do Business 'Off the Books'" by Adam Cash (surely an alias :p). That will put the fear of the IRS back into your soul.
I could go on and on about jobs that will technically be "off the books" but none of them are particularly lucrative and are mostly freelance work like housecleaning, dog-sitting, yard work, bookkeeping, etc. Thrilling I know, but that's really all you're going to get off the books. Well that and gangbanging but again NOT RECOMMENDED. Basically the short of this chapter is study your withholding schedule and DON'T DEAL DRUGS.
TO BE CONTONDERED.....
