    I would genuinely love to be completely wrong, but I don't think Charlie Kirk's murder is going to change anything. People will talk and hype things up, but they collectively won't really do anything, because they're projecting. Everyone wants justice but nobody wants to be the arbiter, so they want to believe that others will do something because the more likely alternative is depressing: That nothing changes and things continue declining for years to come. That nobody really cares.
    It's the political equivalent of that guy at work that constantly complains to coworkers and gets upset over other people not doing their jobs right even though nobody else cares and management won't hold them accountable.
    "These LIBERALS just activated a generation of fighting-age conservative men! They won't like what's gonna happen!" Come on, man.

    @Kazak It's honestly so hard to try to empathize with low-IQ subhumans it's unreal.
    There's a guy at work who has a wife and two stepkids. Him and his wife are barely making ends meet right now with as much overtime as they can get but this nigga keeps taking unpaid time off and racking up attendance points to go do inconsequential bullshit. He recently decided that he's just not gonna do overtime anymore because "What's the point if we're only bringing home a couple hundred extra each week?". He's genuinely too retarded to sustain himself, let alone a family, if there's any hardship involved.
    Now remember that's the majority of the country at that same level of intelligence.

    If I didn't lose my last job, I wouldn't be as available to help a bunch of different friends with their struggles. I never would have gone to that craft fair with my mom, seen incense sticks in the one shop, and found a use for all my test tubes. I would have continued taking so much for granted. I never would have spent time dissecting so many new ideas. I never would have reflected on people I know, getting a better understanding of them and the human condition in general. I feel like I'm much more equipped to actually help people now and I feel like I've really changed a lot since March.

    My old manager and supervisors worked really hard to beat the cynicism out of me and this was the ultimate test on whether or not I'd give up on my sincerity and ideals and give into despair, regressing back into that cynicism. I'm very happy to say that I've only become more resolute in my faith and idealism as a result of all this.
