The people there are neurotic, abrasive, uncooperative, sociopathic, vain, petty, and cant hit a deadline if their lives depended on it, to top it off they all have this Dr. House "im so good at my job, im allowed to break all the rules!" Megalomania. They lack the character traits and skills that are arguably more important than your programming ability for the private sector
