To be entirely fair "clean up the mess from the last group" is already a big part of my job in software development, no language models required.

Doritos wasn't about to try to sell curry flavor to Americans as "curry" flavor. Hence "mystery flavor". Their marketing teams aren't racist, they're just not stupid, and they know a lot of Americans are.

Be an atheist, cool. That's your choice.
But when you go around telling everyone else they're stupid because they're not like you, you've become the problem.
There's nothing wrong with atheism. There's something very ironic with evangelizing it though.

Theodore Painsworth (itty53@beige.party)'s status on Tuesday, 07-May-2024 00:25:21 JST Theodore Painsworth I hate golf. I hate golf so much that it's all I ever think about: how much golf ruined the world.
I don't play it, I don't watch it, but I'll argue about it with strangers for hours. I'll assume I know the minds of every golfer I encounter, despite not having set foot on a golf course since I was a child.
Man I fucking hate golf.
(Friends, this is a comment about evangelical atheism)

Theodore Painsworth (itty53@beige.party)'s status on Monday, 22-Apr-2024 05:29:17 JST Theodore Painsworth If you really want to support musicians, go to their website and buy a T-shirt. Easy. You'll have done more for them than you would streaming their music non stop on Spotify for years straight.
Bands make money as bands by touring and by selling merch. Royalties aren't where it's at.
They see most of the profits from the ticket sales. They see a few dollars profit when you buy their album at that show, they see a few cents profit when you buy that same album online. They take 100% of the profit when you buy merch.
Buy your tshirts from your favorite bands. Literally every T-shirt I wear anymore is from some band I enjoy.
