@evan I am a member of the trans community. We are a secret society. Schroeder’s community: all mighty and then too weak, ridicoled, ignored and gatekept. We hold secret meetings because it would be unsafe to do otherwise.Some carry that secret, are almost very good actors.

When young white dya cis men talk about the sanctuary of marriage or the protection of marriage, they mean they have the safety, the enablement to do what they want to with their wifes.

I heard yesterday someone violently coughing on the bus. He fought really against it. it was a dry cough. My colleague at work did not loose his cough after four months. This happens only with covid. Not a cold. Some people experience a loss of IQ points. Some people are rendered unable to work. Some need a rollator. This is not a cold.

@mattdm @vkc I had a kia in Canada recently which had no speedo-and tachometre, just two numbers for speed and RPM. The manual was like « Only the 1.9l model has the menu option for the speedometre and tachometre. Use this settings to change the frame colour. ». The trip function and unit settings were hidden also. This was worse than the digital displays for the Urquatro and the Golf II. Older cars had the option to see both metric and imperial units on the dial. Now: Pay up for proper dials.
