     @Hunterrules0_o @MnemosyneSinger there are extremely few people who *need* a car. If we invested in public transport so that it is not crowded and clean then would you use it? Or are you just looking for excuses?

     @Hunterrules0_o you're not the only person on planet earth, but sure, keep guzzling your gas in your comfy car while saying it's a mistake to have public services that people without access to cars can rely on.

     @MnemosyneSinger LMAO. i should've rephrased I believe there is a use for public transportation. cars are expensive and there are people who need it . but like for the people who can afford them there isnt really a use. I dont really like how crowded it is. Plus once the gas prices go down in a few years it will be cheaper than public transportation. its an investment

     @Hunterrules0_o @chx @MnemosyneSinger your country's infrastructure and building plannibg was sabotaged by car manufacturers so that houses and cities were built for cars, not for people. So that the transit is so far and crowded you hate it. So that people say the exact things you are.
     And keep buying cars.

     Travel somewhere that isn't built like much of the US and it's easy to see.

     @MnemosyneSinger @canleaf i like motorbikes. I ride my normal bike sometimes. not for transportation as I live on a hill and getting it up there is hard. I mainly do it for excerise

     @MnemosyneSinger @canleaf I mainly dont think public transportation will be a thing for me because my family lives a bit up south. I highly doubt they will ever be able to build transit that can reach areas that arent extremely suburban or in a city
