   @fredbrooker @augieray Except the common cold won’t invade your brain, hijack your heart, spread around in other organs and just break into cells. I heard yesterday someone violently coughing on the bus. He fought really against it. it was a dry cough. My colleague at work did not loose his cough after four months. This happens only with covid. Not a cold. Some people experience a loss of IQ points. Some people are rendered unable to work. Some need a rollator. This is not a cold.

     You don't know anyone who has TOLD you they have Long COVID. Many with Long COVID don't talk it, or because the people around them don't believe them.

     Right now in the US, one of every 18 adults is reporting Long COVID symptoms. Do you know more than 18 people?

     Fred, now you resort to infections very different from a „common cold“ to justify your initial statement? Borelliosis is caused by bacteria, which is not at all what we’re talking about.

     Yes, herpes viruses like EBV will stay in the body. It can be reactivated by Covid, resulting in leucaemia.

     And guess what: Covid19 virus also stays in different tissues of the body. If you’ve not experienced long term effects yet, congrats. But that’s anecdote, not evidence.

     grip also affects multiple organs and will keep killing unvaccinated people, herpes simplex can't be even removed from your body, boreliosis latent is also a big problem that may affect your brain
