i read an interview with a disaster recovery expert who was recruited to give a talk to a bunch of the stupidly wealthy on how to survive the coming climate crisis. Prepared all this stuff about what they could do to prevent civilization collapse when global warming had caused massive world wide food shortages etc. But they weren't interested in preserving society. All they wanted to know was how to ensure staff will stay loyal and protect the wealth they had accumulated.

To be fair to Ukrain the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was both corrupt and subordinate to a colonial power.
I maintain that the USSR did more to put people off of socialism than any capitalist government.

Not many. I'd bet most of them don't get out to vote, and those that do vote Republican do so out of habit rather than because of any appeal of Trump.

I thought you had to register for each state separately, and the rules were different in each state.
Maps I've seen for past elections have shown 3rd party candidates only being on the ballot in a limited number of States?

@kaia "the first" not likely. People have been putting videos with synthetic voices on YouTube almost as long as the site has existed. Text to Talk technology has been around for decades.
As for AI scripting I would be very surprised if that wasn't being used on YouTube within weeks of it being available.
