It's not about exercise it's about understanding how healthy your heart is.
@HarriettMB @selzero I can’t even do one proper one all the way down to the floor, my arms can’t take it. Surely pushups are as much about upper body strength than they are cardiovascular fitness? What happened to running on a treadmill?
