I am intensely annoyed that the one bank account that doesn't provide phone app based notifications of outgoing payments is also the one that goes overdrawn and changes you for it without notice.

That's because - work aside (Linux, audio, documentation, trying and failing to get that one narrative design gig everyone wanted) - I've been exploring some exciting artistic endeavours, working through old projects I want to finish and send on their way, and getting a feel for new ones.
It's interesting how, upon returning to a work that was set aside for a time, one by necessity ends up in dialogue with a past version of oneself, and it is fascinating to see where we diverge.
Anyway, I'm obviously still around here, despite the reduced posting rate, so feel free to @ me, DM, or ask for details of my messengers and alts (some of which, it should be noted, are strange and complicated by design).

Edit: I should make it clear: to fulfill gf's medical need, I'd have to dip into the rent. That's how tight I'm going to be running when I next get paid. We need to stay housed, so skipping on that is not an option. It's a rock and a hard place, basically.
It's been a couple of days; still no luck. Roommate is in a similar boat for pain management, and because of this, gf offered some of her weed. While I deeply appreciate that, it does mean that we're going to run out even faster now. I won't be able to do anything about this until well after we've run out, and that puts gf in an actively dangerous situation mental-health-and-stability-wise.

We would pay far more for these meds - that's essentially what they're standing in as, due to lack of care - in a brick-and-mortar - something like $300.

@tomwor I do intermittent fasting (a slightly half-arsed 16:8 schedule) and prefer to eat in the evening.
However, yeah, you've reminded me that I WAS, in fact, supplementing last time I was very seriously powerlifting for performance.
Recovery seems fine, but I did come up low on creatinine on my last blood test... a preworkout above and beyond coffee might also be a really good idea.
I've been lifting faithfully for the last five weeks, and although I've added a lot of weight to my lifts, I'm hitting - not plateaus, but points where I'm struggling to get 5 reps on a 2.5kg increment. So I'm incrementing by 1kg, or doing 3 reps, or alternating sets at higher and lower weight. I'm not NOT making gainz. I'd just like more and faster.
I might need to start tracking protein intake again. Or start snacking on raw tofu instead of biscuits.
My body is obviously recomposing due to being on testosterone now, but my body impedance scanner reckons I'm losing muscle mass while my weight increases.
This may be a hormonal anomaly (do I need to switch measuring sex already?) But I suppose macronutrient tracking wouldn't hurt.
