@CliffSecord @brokenshakles @Jonny @jeff They make industrial freeze dryers for the pharmaceutical industry that are about that size footprint, actually a little bigger and are at least 8 feet tall. Probably overkill and too expensive but there might be less intense options. They use them to remove moisture from ingredients prior to adding them to vials.

The chunks were like 4x as big. The canned stuff was better.

I think it's best when everything is fine diced, well mixed and cooked on a griddle until it's all a little crispy. 🤤

@deprecated_ii @DireGoy I believe you, but for the life of me I cannot think of a reason a company would post job openings and conduct interviews with no intent to hire. Is it just to give their HR team something to do? Are they just seeing what is out there in the talent pool?

Even without the benefits of better braking options modern diesel engines are a bit more efficient than steam engines. This is why most modern ships use diesel or diesel electric plants over steam. With steam you end up dumping a huge amount of heat into the condenser just to make the whole cycle work. Stationary power plants are primarily still steam because of the scale involved.
