PS - I hate that phrase "involuntarily celibate"

1) it's just as derogatory as any other word they find triggering

2) it's so broad as to include anything from socially inept teenagers to 50+ year old married men to widowers.

@PNS @Murray_N a wise man doesn't try to bargain from a position of weakness. It could be that the unions recognize the Democrats are in a weak spot and are forcing the Ds hands. Put your money where your mouth is, prove you're with the working class.

@Moon I was in college when PHM came out it pretty much didn't leave the tape deck in my car for about three months.

I was involved with a youth ministry on campus and was driving to get supplies for a fundraising event with the chaplain. He was young, modern, but still, you know, a priest.

He picks up the case for PHM and starts reading the lyrics quietly to himself. After a few minutes, he tucks the case back into the console and says "wow, some woman really messed him up good."
