    I don't care what the economy is doing. Women will cause that wherever they go. I've got one that's narcing on people that work from home on "in-office" days. Despite the fact she has multiple kids, and would save hundreds of dollars a month in daycare/commute costs. And the unspoken benefit of "spending time bonding with your children".

Suddenly, all projections from business units fit exactly to that line. Even if the number isn't a realistic expectation for actuals at month-end. Each group's finance team just makes their number match/exceed expectation number so they get the good conditional formatting on the results page, and detached big wig gives them dopamine ration on call. No jews or pajewts needed.
