    @p Russia is hated by jews because Russia used to have a lot of jews. The way it works is jews are allowed into a country, abuse the locals, so the authorities try to control the jews. Eventually someone gets fed up and the jews are driven out. In Russia's case they had a really bad jew problem due to conquering areas with too many jews. So when it came to a head the jews were big mad, fled to the US and regrouped, and funded communism to get revenge. Which worked pretty well until an even bigger murderer, Stalin, took over and started purging them.

    Eventually the US jews figured this out, switched sides, and created conservativism and beat the USSR through economic warfare and propaganda, at which point the jew oligarchs looted the corpse.

    Putin is hated because he, with jews so thin on the ground, for the first time in almost a century managed to create a non-jewed government.

    The real solution is to wipe out the jews everywhere.

    @p Yeah, analog TV had an automatic system to detect 'dead air' like that and switch to an ad or interstitial. Which is why 'fade to black' fakeouts had to avoid going TOO black or suddenly an unscheduled ad would appear.

For a tentpole franchise like Trek you can afford to manually scan every episode and bookmark the breaks, then sit back and collect ad dividends to the end of fucking time.
