I personally think that medically assisted suicide should be an option. Someone who wants to kill himself is going to kill himself anyway, and this is a lot less likely to be messy. Not to mention that there are people with medical reasons they may want to die, like permanent debilitating pain.
BUT! I also think that the doctors and everyone involved should be discouraging it the entire way. It should be considered only as a last resort option and only if the patient brings it up first.

The problem is that you have a lot of people that only need to attempt once.
I think having it for those people as an option, but the process requiring them to convince several medical/psych professionals that it is really the only option, while those professionals try to deescalate the situation, may be helpful.
And honestly, if you can convince people who are trained in telling you that maybe you shouldn't want to kill yourself that killing yourself is the only option... that's pretty impressive.
From a non-suicide point of view, I've seen people with cancer die painfully, or strung out so bad on painkillers, that I'd suggest having a lethal injection to go out on their own terms at their request is humane.
Doctors shouldn't be allowed bring it up as an option, it should only be even mentioned if the patient requests it. Having to do it should be considered a failure.
But I don't think it should be eliminated as an option.

To be totally fair to the nips, they're less likely to fall for being called racists for kicking out niggers.
To also be fair, the nips are the Asians most likely to collapse under nigger pressure before being able to fix it.
A major benefit for them is making citizenship extremely difficult for non Japanese. 5 years uninterrupted living in Japan with less than 100 days in that time outside the country. You also have to be self-sufficient, if you're taking handouts you're not eligible. You also are expected to be able to speak, read, and write Japanese at a third grade level.
No birthright citizenship unless at least one parent is Japanese. No dual citizenship either which keeps the Jews at bay. No criminal record keeps niggers from citizenship.
