@sickburnbro I would love to see every doctor wear a body cam and every operating room equipped with multiple ones. I'd be willing to bet money that people killed in hospitals would have family that'd be willing to release the videos. The lawsuits would destroy these butcher shops. There's a lot more people killed by medical staff than by police.

@Shadowman311 too long of a story for me to type out, but signing/going over plans means shit in a hospital. We had an approved plan with every doctor on duty at our twins birth. AS SOON as we were in the OR, it was their way in a moments notice. I failed as a Father and Husband for not being ready for it, thinking everyone was on the same page. A moment is all it took and there was no correcting it. Thank God everyone survived.

@JustJohnny @Shadowman311 it does, we thought about it. They used fetal heart monitors (pic related) to justify emergency procedures. These things, it took 3 nurses almost 90 minutes to get strapped on where they would read during labor. The doctor used one by hand for less than 10 seconds to get a reading on record, accurate or not, and that's all she needed.

Anywhere there's even a vague vacation spot there's someone renting a dozen homes. If I was smarter maybe I'd understand how it's not a commercial operation in residential areas.

We got married in an accelerated schedule to start trying for kids because of a murder/suicide that hit close to home. It was a destination wedding about 5 hours away and the only non-immediate family was my father's only sibling (because it was the only family wedding she got to attend) and our friend that was officiating. We had a small reception that day, but held a party for inviting everyone at our one year that would be reception caliber in scale. I had more than one uncle from my mother's side thank me for doing it that way because they hate wedding ceremonies. But that's my family and my situation.
You can send a message and be absent in protest, or attend and pull him aside and air your grievance. If one of my uncle's felt like you do, I would rather him tell me the same as you'd rather have had him tell you about the wedding. Two wrongs and that type.
I also made the joke that I didn't want to bother them if the marriage failed in the first year.

@BowsacNoodle @givenup @DurpState it's unbelievable what new fluid can do. I can name two times when I thought my truck was fucked to the tune of thousands of dollars, but a coolant flush one time and flushing the brake fluid the other time fixed it.
