    @creamqueen @RustyCrab I meant that game devs in the 90s were probably taught the "smallpox blankets were handed out all the time as a form of biological warfare" version of history in school and not knowing that this isn't true and therefore including that in their game. I didn't mean that they weren't aware of the small pox blanket narrative at all.

    @meso @Griffith @get @wertimer @lina @VIPPER @yomiel it's weird because the newsie bot that followed me posts articles to promote anti-immigration which isn't consistent with a gay fetish site - even a proper racist nazi gay fetish site probably wouldn't bother setting up a news-posting follow-bot with nothing gay at all. Might be like the chinese fed bot - feds signing up to random fedi sites (like freedompatriot did) to promote agitation. Chinaman or whatever fed saw "skinheads" and thought this was the best place to plant his agitation bot.
