I chose The Living Daylights as my Timothy movie to get on DVD. There is something about the spirit of the first movie a new Bond actor is in... it has an energy. I like them sledding down the mountain in the cello case.

The second movie felt to much like a Miami Vice movie to me in tone.

Yup... which is the bait and switch. No one likes pollution and smog. If you want to tax the companies that produce whatever... go ahead. True, they might pass that tax on to the consumers. But they would be incentivized to innovate more. Or other companies might be incentivized to emerge to provide whatever clever alternatives at a cheaper price.

Yeah... there's a great classy sound to so many of the Bond themes. "We Have All the Time in the World" from the one Lazenby Bond movie gets me too... considering the ending of that movie and also knowing that it was the last recording session that Louis ever did.
