@Bundesverband warum stellt ihr euren Support auf #Mastodon ein? Das erschließt sich mir nicht - als Verbraucher. Ehrlich gesagt Frage ich mich ob ich euren Verband weiter unterstützen soll wenn ihr nur noch gefährliche kommerzielle Plattformen unterstützt.

Deutsche Bahn schlägt in internem Papier Stopp der Digitalisierung aus Kostengründen vor.

Es wäre noch billiger die Bahn ganz einzustellen.

@br00t4c this is just a #SLAPP suit. I doubt that he does not know that he cannot win this case, but he will use the defeat to portray the justice system as woke while it is quite the opposite. Also it might help him with smaller advertisers.

@jan_buehlbecker das Ruanda Modell ala UK funktioniert so:
- In Ruanda gibt es 300 Plätze für Flüchtende
- Das UK zahlte bereits 240 Mio £ und wird für 5 Jahre 370 Mio £ zahlen
- Als Marketing Gag haben sie eine ausreisepflichtige Person 3000£ gezahlt damit sie medienwirksam nach Ruanda ausreist. Die Person ist aber nie in den Unterkünften dort angekommen.

Insgesamt teuer und es funktioniert nicht.

@faduda this is so true. It reminds me also of scientific software, where large portions are maintained by that one post doc on a temporary position which may leave the research group, as the funding runs out and he/she/they moves on to another post somewhere else or to industry.

@DrTCombs Well the kid is not growing fast enough. Maybe taller shoes or stilts are the way to go.

We can obviously not build smaller cars because our core identity. So stilts is the way to go.

What people do here for exame (yes Europe, but that will definitely work in the US too):
- Make critical mass events
- Make street fairs to show how the space can be used
- Talk to politicians
- Build movable trees (Wanderbaumallee) which are parked in a neighbourhood to make public places more human friendly.
All available online to copy. And I guess you know that, but they are not picking these things up which is strange. It helped me to stay sane.

Aber kleine Proteste mit 500 Teilnehmern der Bauern sind News, aber 4000 in einer Kleinstadt nicht. Damit erzeugt man eine Aufmerksamkeitsverschiebung. Für Leserinnen oder Zuhörer wird damit Bauern und Großdemo gleich wichtig.

@freemo @georgetakei I might be a little biased, but we (Germany) tried the moron fascist out. He was even in prison, but later he got into power. Partly conservatives thought they could control him. So I'd rather not see one of them in power again. In this case, there would not be a US to save the world from tyranny.

@nixCraft Sometimes print is just more suitable. Especially when the software runs 2 hours to produce the error, but with debugging enabled it runs a week.
