Well this is how BDFL works. I don't really have a problem with that. Someone has to make the decision. In this case it's Eugen.

If people don't like the decisions they're welcome to complain and ask others to complain as well, but at the end of the day their only recourse is to click the fork button.

@cynblogger @VeroniqueB99 in 1974 Congress made it illegal for banks to refuse to do business with women. They were allowed to take on women customers before then but not required. After the law passed they were required.

@GossiTheDog I'm dubious that Windows powers the critical infrastructure you speak of. Of course the vast majority of desktops are Windows but my understanding is that there are more Linux-based servers that Windows ones in production.
