Pixelfed Stories will soon support Stickers, Text and more on our app!

It's pretty wild, you will be able to embed posts, create polls and add links.

I'm making this federated too, so no matter what Pixelfed server you're on, you'll be able to follow/view and interact with stories ✨

Once people realize how easy it is to add a new Pixelfed app theme, I wonder if we will see an influx of new themes? 🤔

Our team has me laser focused on the Pixelfed app and webUI, and while I want to work on Loops, I have to respect their orders and focus on the highest priority.

I love it though, especially when they challenge my ideas and convince me of a better direction.

I've been going solo for so long, I missed out on how important it is to have a team.

So grateful ❤️

I'm not just working on the app, the webUI is about to get a fresh coat of paint.

@nopatience We already support this in a feature called Parental Controls where you can limit access to features like DMs and they are limited to who they can interact with!
