Le médiateur de la RATP annule systématiquement les amendes pour une première infraction.
Par contre, il faut choisir la deuxième option - si on a payé de suite, il n'y a pas de recours.

La deuxième option est exactement ce que demande @louisderrac "faire remonter dans une hiérarchie" (et généralement les frais de dossier sautent assez facilement).

Malheureusement, les contrôleurs ne le présentent pas comme ça.

And some of their journalism is good too.
(most of it is too heavy on commentary and consequently superficial, though)

If his french is good, Frank Lepage's "Incultures" is great (as is the hors-serie.net website, BTW) but it's not "political news", more deep analysis.

FD Signifier makes too long videos for my taste but what I watched was quite interesting.

For political news, nothing beats the Juice Media anyway.

Social confrontation, even physical one, is part of growing up.
But there are rules about that, and adults are supposed to see that they are enforced.
In many countries, wrestling between children is a way for them to settle arguments and construct hierarchies, and it's very healthy (as hitting the other is forbidden, and the kid who would hit another in a wrestling match would be shunned even by his friends).

When I was a kid, we hadn't this wrestling tradition, but still courtyard tussles had rules (no hitting someone on the ground, no ganging up on one child, not hitting someone way smaller) and if they were broken the adults quickly intervened, while they more of less left us alone if the rules were respected and we didn't do it in front of the adults.

I wonder how much of the aggravated bullying comes from the total interdiction of physical violence...

Serious confrontations between kids who didn't like each other also were solved this way.

Le droit américain est punitif, le droit européen est réparatif.
Donc j'imagine (mais IANAL) que la retirer suffit en droit français (ou belge, je sais plus où tu es).

Oui mais entre ce qu'un troll te réclame et ce que le droit t'oblige, il n'y a pas forcément égalité.

De mémoire, sans premier courrier recommandé te demandant de supprimer et d'arrêter ("cease and desist") il ne peut rien.
