    Trying not to blow a blood vessel remembering this one.

    What annoys me is a lot of these games could have been good with just a little more polish and time put into them. I actually think a good idea is buried under Dirty Harry, Dick Tracy and Friday the 13th they were just executed badly.

    I figured it out as a kid, but I also played the first TMNT on NES before it, which has a similar character changing and item holding mechanic. Though yeah, knowing which cabins let you change characters and how to pass items, how the medicine works, you need the manual.

    The big issue with it is it's just hard as balls even once you figure that stuff out, and how to properly navigate the map. It is a game that wants to encourage you to explore but punishes you for it because Jason won't fuck off for five fucking minutes while I am lost in this cave.

    I beat it with my good friend Game Genie, but you know what is fucking insane? It was still hard. It was still hard as shit even with invincibility. There are still pitfalls. There are still one hit kill things that don't care about your infinite health. There is still a labyrinthine lay out to the levels.

    After figuring out where to go and what to do I tried beating it without cheat codes and died right before the technodrome level to those porcupine motherfuckers.

    Zoo generally doesn't either, @Humpleupagus may have defedded some of the pedo instances I don't know.

    I tried sticking with the Zoo theme with the Zorak avatar and posting mantises and stuff but I don't think elephant man is as autistic as his users.
