    @bajax @judgedread Macs have those Ai neural Accelerators in their hardware now that are pretty nice for running local llms. You have to get the optimised ones but they seem to work really well

    @judgedread Theres an open source Chinese model that can kind of do simple programs, webpages and such but its clunky and requires human intervention. That's the best one Ive messed with so far.

    On the other hand it can play tabletop rpg games with you so thats fun.
