    Materials on framing will go up a little but it's kinda not a big deal. The housing inventory is well supplied for some time now. Some areas like mine over built rentals, condos so demand has softened. There will be additional inventory as foreclosures increase as well.

    It's just a tax to guys like us, the boomers will be fine but we're never going to pull money from it. In 25 or 30 years there is no possibility that system will be standing in its current form. The transitional phase might be painful but I look forward to it. I don't want my nephews throwing away 15% of their income into a system that provides less value than you put in.

    There was a thread a few months back that showed were basically getting scammed. If you had invested the money that goes into ss in the most basic index fund avg 10% a year, you end up with a couple million. Vs. The ss payout over 20 years if you live long enough is $600k. You also get to pass on your remaining investment to family instead of ss just getting cut off.

    It may take some time but the left is going to get hit hard over the extremism and terrorism. People are past the point of trying to appease them like in 2020. The Trump admin was essentially placed into power by team b to take care of this problem. They have ample time with no elections anytime soon.

    All the party shit happens gradually and you think you got everything in control. Especially when people start living that fast life later on in life it causes them to spin out of control.
