@Gargron I know who owns threads and this is all I need to know. I do not want to engage with them in any fashion. If I cannot block their interaction with mastodon I guess I will be leaving mastodon as well. If I wanted to interact with threads, facebook, meta, truth social, or any other fascist social media site I would join those sites. I am here because I do not want to be there.

Back in the 60s I asked my mother why Israel was treating the Palestinians the same way that Nazis treated them. I have to date never received a reasonable answer.

If voting did not matter there would not be voter suppression laws or gerrymandering or anti voting propaganda. The fact that we have all three of these things makes it quite clear that voting matters. VOTE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!

The most common form of propaganda is making you think that voting doesn't matter. If it did not matter, voter suppression and gerrymandering would not exist. Vote in every election you can as if your life depended on it.
