    But, really, someone else showing off their arrogance, stupidity, and cruelty is more about them being petty, cruel morons than it is about anything to do with you.

    Even when it has a catastrophic impact on your life.

    I mean, saying "it isn't personal" when you ruin someone's life is actually worse than if you said you hate them.

    @polarisera I remember, when my union president 'stepped down' and the union's historical anti-compulsory vaccination stance flipped, how I made a comment to my shop steward about how we don't know the long term sequelae of RNA 'vaccines' and she told me we had thousands of hours of testing and I should ask the public health nurses because they're 'experts' and I was like, you aren't even listening to my concern. You can't even let yourself hear my question.

    Again, I'm not taking a pro or anti vaccine stance, I think people should live to their own best conscience, but we should be able to ask the questions...

Contrast this with the religious orders that also, historically, provided attention to the sick and injured.

I have to say, IMO, nursing is closer to 'sex work' than cleaning is, yet I never hear any of these self declared 'left' wing prosexwork hero of the downtrodden wanks say "fellating strangers for money is exactly like starting 15 IVs in pre-op".

    It's almost like there's an element of ::gasp:: classism in their (un) material analysis.
