    @HebrideanHecate @TriptychTwinsRidesAgain "Sex work is work!" But, I choose not to do it. I also forbid my daughter from doing it. She's special.

    "Transwomen belong in women's places". But, I'm too boogie to ever worry about going to jail, and magical thinking means I'll never need a homeless shelter or rape recovery center. Also, I can afford my daughter's tuition without an athletic scholarship.

    "Surrogacy is wonderful!" Because I'm far more likely to be a buyer than one of the broodmares, and really, what else were those economically challenged women doing with their uteri?

    "Abolish prisons!" Because I've never been the victim of a violent crime, and there aren't really any predators among humans.

    And, my personal favorite; "I don't need feminism!" Because the exploitative tendencies that effected generations of women are invisible to me because history don't real. Also, I'm a very special princess and men would NEVER be mean to me personally.

    I would suggest daft, mad, or batshit, but those are also discriminatory.

    Hmmm... Loon? No, that's out... Weird? No, only if the person identifies as weird, and even then, it's offensive to use the word in anything but as an affirmation...

    You could say 'I am strongly disappointed by this outcome' but that does sound a bit judgey, doesn't it? Might suggest you aren't 100% supportive of the society wide lunacy, and you know we can't have that, you Nazi bigot hater, you.

    @HebrideanHecate I rather thought interrupting family life was part of the point of incarceration? I mean, unless they start imprisoning the partners and children of convicts, too?

    But, they seem too busy going aft people who do really horrible things, like cause hurty feels or misgendering, or suggesting short haired police officers look like their lesbian grandmother (do we know whatever happened to her?).
