To be honest I kinda like that... Shame doesnt work to change behavior it just masks it. Id rather assholes be assholes and nice people be nice people and we see people at face value. At least then it gives us the ability to have an open and honest conversation about how people act rather than just burying it out of shame.

No but the fact that qualified immunity is codified into law **does** mean the right doesnt exist.

The definition of a right (that is being used here) is: legal entitlement to have or obtain something or to act in a certain way.

Ergo since the law does not give me the same right as cops to defend my life means the cop have a right (to qualified immunity) that I do not, and thus we do not have the same rights.

I totally expect violence from the left. But probably not prior to inauguration, they arent that calculating. It will likely build up over months or years of Trump being vile before it finally spills over into riots again.

Unfortunately you dont. A cop has qualified immunity which means if they shoot someone doing something illegal they can get away with a lot more than a private citizen might should they make a mistake. For example if I saw a cop choking someone to death and i pulled out my gun and shot him in the head, and the other cops then pulled out their guns and shot me dead, those other cops would likely get away with it on qualified immunity since they are reacting within the moment. Which means the consequence for me to shoot a cop is to be murdered on the scene with little or no consequence to those murdering me, a cop however could get away with the same act and should he be shot dead the person killing him would likely get in trouble.

Unpopular opinion: You should have the same right to shoot a cop as you do an ordinary citizen should they illegally threaten your life.

No I understand. You can dismiss the assertion that Thor is real by being undecided on the issue, which is the only nonfaith based conclusion. The lack of evidence is the whole point. You have exactly as much evidence of thors existence as you do his nonexistance. So if you assert he exists or not then that is faith, if you assert you don't have enough evidence to decide either way then that is science.

Since you claimed you have no reason to believe god doesn't exist, or exist, then you are undecided and thus by definition agnostic.

Thinking Thor doesn't exist would require faith like any other god. The fact that you think Thor and and the christian god may exist would make you not atheist but again the word or definition isn't important. Since you say god or Thor may exist then you are not faith based, nor would I call you atheist.

If you believe there is abpossibility, however small, god may he real then you are agnostic. If you believe god doesn't exist you are atheist.

That said definitions matter very little to me. Definitions aside i only would need to know, is there a possibility god exists or not, however low?

Just submitted my first W3C proposed standard to W3C for consideration. I am not allowed to say what it is per W3C rules, but wow its super exciting!

A more appropriate term would be faith based, than religion based. Atheists are a faith based position.

100% of atheists claim there is no god, if you are not making that claim you are not atheist by definition, that would make you agnostic (making no assertion about a god either way).

To be fair if he thinks the voter fraud is carried out entirely by the democrats (which is nonsense but just what if) then it would make perfect sense that him winning would stop him from talking about it. Why would he need to address it if their attempt wasnt successful?

@tatzelbrumm We have that, our gitlab server is the best place to report issues. You can also do it int he chat room if you'd like to talk to devs directly

We have been very overloaded because despite receiving a few million in funding, which includes QOTO it also includes quite a few other things. We have spent most of the year highering and ramping up and frankly it took a lot longer to ramp up than I expected.

As of right now we have one guy looking into a few fixes so we may have a few more things fixed soon. If you want let me know and ill give you the link to the matrix room where you can talk to the developers and system admin.

I also hired 2 new developers with a cross over to system admin, so once we get them signed up we should have a bit more bandwidth to tackle what few issues we have left.

@BrianJopek Very true... and if Harris had won the same statement would have been true about her. Thats the problem. This election was about if we wanted to starve and promote genocide, or have democracy be dismantled. Both choices were a loss.

And again, when you look at the chart from 1900s onward the number is not even at all unusual, it follows exactly the trend of the numbers since the 1900s just fine, almost exactly what you'd expect given the trend. See attached.
