    @ChristiJunior @Griffith The massive coverup and simultaneous open secret right now is that the Houthis seriously damaged the aircraft carrier USS Eisenhower in the Red Sea, effectively rendering combat-incapable. They may have even done so using Russian-supplied weaponry. This is a Nimitz-class nuclear-powered carrier and just got effectively crippled. Not since WW2 has any military force been able to do that to US naval power. America’s days as the sole superpower in the world are long, long gone.

    @Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus I’m doing a lot of stretching exercises as a supplement to my leg curls and leg extensions. I still have a copy of Pavel Tsatsouline‘s old Soviet book about power stretching. So for the next few warm months it’s going stretching and more stretching, while slowly building up weight on the leg machine. The thing that sucks the most about getting older is that you don’t heal as quickly anymore. So my rehab must go about in controlled increments.
