- Embed this notice@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus I’m doing a lot of stretching exercises as a supplement to my leg curls and leg extensions. I still have a copy of Pavel Tsatsouline‘s old Soviet book about power stretching. So for the next few warm months it’s going stretching and more stretching, while slowly building up weight on the leg machine. The thing that sucks the most about getting older is that you don’t heal as quickly anymore. So my rehab must go about in controlled increments.
