La grammatica si apprezza meglio nella sua forma “translinguistica”, ma è anche uno strumento importante per imparare meglio la propria lingua, anche se alcuni aspetti si capiscono solo con altre lingue (il mio esempio preferito è la differenza tra predicato verbale e nominale)

Happy to see an uptick in traffic in my timeline(s), less happy to see more untagged and un-described content. My recommendation for anyone how is #newHere is to spend that extra second to add that description to images and videos you post (among other things, it helps people with visual impairments or slow/unstable network connections). You'll find it also help you gain reach (if you care about that) as many people here don't boost posts with media without alt text.

I also recommend avoiding circumlocutions when talking about sensitive topics or unpleasant people: better be straightforward, and add either a #CW (Content Warning) or relevant #hashtags (or both). There's no artificial algorithm censoring you here, and in fact you'll be more likely to get blocked (and thus lose visibility) if your posts go around people's #filters than if you trip them. Conversely, filters are your friends if there's content you would rather not see.

bottiglie di vino a parte, la Treccani fa anche un excursus storico che peraltro aiuta a capire come siano solo convenzioni e pure mutevoli nel tempo. Comunque, si oggi giorni sulle vocali «e» ed «o» si usa l'accento grave \ per indicare la vocale aperta e quello acuto / per indicare la vocale chiusa, ma per esempio su «i» ed «u» (che sono sempre chiuse) si è stabilita la grafia con l'accento grave (infatti la tastiera italiana non ha í ed ú). Io però quando posso usco l'acuto.

@jones_ @matz poi rimane il fatto che nella maggior parte delle parlate locali la differenza aperto/chiuso è sostanzialmente svanita, per cui alla fine anche un po' chissene ;-)
