@hakui @Hoss They just pulled something that puzzles me, last I checked they are fully capitalized, but they just did a convertible note (dilution). I have not figured out why, but it smacked the price good and hard. It's recovering pretty strongly at this point, but until I can figure out what's going on, I'm rating this a "hold" and not a "buy".
I'm guessing they are about to roll up a bunch of explorers, or they have a new deposit under their hat that needs another ball of capital, but this is pure speculation.

@sickburnbro @Dudebro It's been going on since I got out of college 16 years ago, just more on the margins. It's now hitting the majority of our native students now, so there is a critical mass of people that are impacted.

@IAMAL_PHARIUS @Paultron @AsukaNeko AGI was never a thing except as marketing. Nobody with any technical sense cares about this "milestone". The march of increasingly capable autonomy will continue, even if it only consists of an army of increasingly specialized agents.

@Paultron @AsukaNeko @IAMAL_PHARIUS NVIDIA is selling billions of dollars worth of chips a day, IC's, PCBs, and solder all require silver and copper. Not to mention the power plants that will be needed. It's a great sucking maw of demand that will persist until the end of Trump's term at least.

@IAMAL_PHARIUS @Paultron I'm more interested in silver because it's a dual industrial-money play. Been in a production deficit for 5 years, and that is only going to get worse for the next 3 years at least. With the AI explosion, demand will remain high. Gold is not a bad bet, but it's more a big boy game, and I'm not at that level.

@judgedread @NoDoxGregBrady In the short term, but consolidation means that eventually there will be only a few jeet companies to rule them all, and people in the West will figure out there is no need to farm out that work to them when they can just run that compute in-house.

The only thing I'm concentrated in is VZLA, and that is already relatively proven, with a price to match.
