Woke up early, unable to sleep so I ran the dishwasher, make a cake (libum 1st century Roman sacrifical honey cake) and a hot breakfast, fed the cat and made breakfast for my wife and now it's 7am

@fuat2mb If this helps. A few years ago an ex-lover and I got back in touch. Her marriage was on the rocks and she wanted to fool around. I really wanted to F**K her. Relying on my desire to be good was insufficient. Focusing on my love for her, made it easy to say no. Committing adultery with her, was not in her interest. I could not give her long term emotional/life support she needed. Her husband could. They repaired there marriage :)

Weird. God promised land. Does he occupy it? If you're dissing the state, do you think God made a mistake with the Kingdom of Israel or the Kingdom of Heaven?
You claim landlord's are inherently unjust(exploititive). Is God inherently unjust for allowing humans to live on Earth?

I find all theologies that deny the supernatural and purport to be Christian fall over there own feet as Jesus's own teaching was the greatest commandment is to love God (a supernatural being).

Just had an awkward moment at work. I work with a lot of immigrants. A colleague wrote in the team chat "my eldest dog had a fall last night. I have to do the humane thing today, so I will be taking today off. ". This was followed by very many well meaning responses wishing the dog a speedy recovery. Euphanisms are hard. #language #euphanism.

Wow. In Australia the standard F/T Employee gets 4 weeks Annual Leave(20 days) and 2 Weeks(10 days) Carers/Sick Leave and public holidays. For me I've arranged with my employer to take extra unpaid leave as money is less important with the kids being more independent.
Looking at the Leave table in Wikipedia, USA is the outlier in terms of Leave entitlements https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annual_leave#Leave
