I disagree. Often these instances encourage abusive, brigading behavior. It's more efficient to just block the domain. Furthermore, announcing which domains I'm blocking gives other responsible admins a heads-up about problem instances.

I just added poa.st and nicecrew.digital to my server's block list. They tolerate or encourage abusive behavior.
