    @Appalachian_Crusader @sickburnbro It would be nice if that were true but sadly no. The problem today is that we have introduced hormone disrupter in the human diet called processed carbs. Its extremely difficult to reduce intake when your body is screaming at you to eat which is the effect for obese people when they eat carbs.

    All you have to do to beat this is eliminate carbs and up animal saturated fats but the medical profession has fought this tooth and nail for decades.

When artificial sweeteners were introduced in the 1920's the sugar industry flipped out and did a propaganda program that still resonates today. That being said the sugar industry has been searching desperately for anything that would allow them to claim they were a health hazard and they found absolutely nothing.
