@forteller I usually add the pictures first, since I have to write alt-text for them, so I usually do that before I write the text for the toot itself.

@forteller I think both vim and emacs has undo trees, the fun thing in vim is that you can time-travel, so you can say give me the file how it was 15 minutes ago.

@GrayGooGirl Sorry if this is a stupid, but not being from the US I don't know the laws, isn't there a difference between drag, and what you wear normally, like if you're always wearing womens-/mens-clothes and then wearing it another day doesn't make it drag? I though drag was more performative than just the regular clothes you always wear.

Yeah, they are really nice, luckily my language of choice also has them, that and using enums as indexes into arrays, it's really nice to not having to use heavy hashmaps when an array can do the work :)

@clacke Well, technically the two salmiakki boxes are both from finland, they are just sold in Norway too as they are very popular :)

@StampedingLonghorn Haha, it's just a shortening of pyjamas, which is pronounced pyshamas in Norwegian, we write sh as sj and then it becomes pysj ;)

So Norwegian got the word "pysj" from English, anyone up to guess which English word was originally? ;)

@clacke jeg synes svensk høres søtt ut fortsatt, selv om jeg vokste opp med å se på bolibompa nesten hver dag :p men er ihvertfall bedre enn svorsk, etter at Skavlan startet å jobbe i svensk TV er det umulig å ta fyren seriøst :p

@clacke du kan også bare spørre meg om det er noe som er vanskelig å forstå ;) Noe av det kan være referanser som ikke er helt greie å søke opp :) har hørt at mange som snakker svensk synes norsk høres søtt ut, litt morsomt siden det er akkurat det vi synes om svensk også, den naboen i sør er det nok best om vi ikke nevner :p

I'm obsessed with this parody song, but sadly have few people to talk about it with, I'm still really wondering how it would sound to someone not knowing Norwegian, so if that is you and you have a couple of minutes to spare I'd be thankful to hear what you think :)
