Hey, you there! Do you run Linux and like games? Check out the game section on my homepage with some neato AppImages of classic games that may or may not be available in your favorite distro.
Do you guys have any #GuiltyPleasures? I have a dozen! Music wise, it's the album "Spellbound" by the band Ten. It's super cheesy but has a few bangers. Any TV show that's dreadful but oh so good? Well, have you heard about #WAB? Or as the puny mortals say, "What About Brian". It's a super cringy romcom from the mid-oughts that was cancelled after two seasons. I've got to get back to you regarding video games.
@InTheseHeels Me neither! Well, once when I was promoting our EP; and man is it rubbish altogether. The good snippets spill over to the other platforms but the majority is garbage. I heard they managed to slip by a live suicide which alot of kids managed to get into their feeds.
The issue with TikTok here isn't solely that the Chinese government has a stake in Bytedance, but rather the western version of the app (yes, they have a more moderated version in China) allows for these stupid, dangerous challenges to go viral.
Your new friend is a video game aficionado with love for all things retro, be it old tech or the newfound appreciation of retrowave and synthwave music. This bald otherwise metalhead enjoys playing with computers with a clock frequency between 0.985 and 200 MHZ and has been an avid Linux prophet since the days when he could only surf the internet through dialup and terminals.Toots incoherently in English (toot-toot) and Swedish (tut-tut), so don't be afraid to filter as needed.
