Judicial and Legislative branches may as well not exist, since the Judicial derives no legitimacy but had (until recently) unchecked control over all other functions of government. It absolutely fucking FAILS at providing rapid and unbiased redress of grievance, and mostly serves as a mechanism now to put criminals back out onto the streets.
Legislative may as well not exist due to gerrymandering and ethnic nepotism rendering the entire idea of a "commons of like-minded farm-men" obsolete. It's all professional politicians, totally incompetent and incapable of actually delivering to the country.
Big issue with the executive: wild and retarded swings in policy, which has been "priced in". People expect the next president to do a 180 on policy, so it feels like nothing actually matters when it comes to executive strong-arming. It's why Hegseth's posturing feels kinda gay.
It seems like the only answer is a King, who explicitly provides and revokes privileges, but that's definitely got problems too.

@sapphire Ding ding ding. They thought that having the default web tool resolve to anything on a physical network was "unacceptable"... so they just disabled the ability to call out to RFC 1918. Took me about 10 minutes to convince the homonoculus to build me a new tool that uses cURL that doesn't do that. Fucking insufferable.
