     when i was in dubai in the UAE, the dubai mall, if they see young men start to congregate in a location, the mall sends in security and kicks them all out. the reason they do this is because when young men congregate they cause trouble and harass women. it's not unfair because the policy is based on reality.

     I've long said that the US is inevitably headed for the same fate as the USSR. In addition to everything you just mentioned, the US has also lost any sense of unified national identity. On paper, the Californian is my countryman, but in reality we share very little in common and the only reason we share a country is because that's the status quo. When things get tough and animosity between regional populations grows, arguments for maintaining the union based on that alone are not particularly compelling for anybody.

     That's true in a country where the population and the gov is massively detached from their gov and themselves.
     That's notably one of the main reasons why the USSR failed, they detached themselves from the population, the population got excluded and dependent on the state/comrad representatives of their group/zone and the state/comrad representatives were detached from their locals.
     Nobody got the proper information due to bs propaganda and thus nobody could attend to each others needs and it progressively crumbled. It's basically what we have today.

     In my state there's a whole page of the ballot dedicated to whether the state judges should be voted out. The first time I ever voted my dad told me I should vote to fire every single one like he does, and in all my years of adulthood I've never found a single reason not to do that. The only reason I even bother to go out to the polls is to vote to fire all the judges.

     The most likely outcome will be alternating administrations, whether legit or not, that abuse the executive to the maximum. Congress will drag their feet when they have a small conservative majority, and pass millions of pages is insane corruption when they have a small leftist majority. SCOTUS will have 60% bad takes while completely ignoring the most important cases. The US will progressively alienate its neighbors and allies, driving them into the arms of whatever other power is most convenient.

     The judicial system is the weakest branch of the American model. Interpretations of the law seem to vary to an absurd degree between federal court districts, to the point that the viability of a case depends almost entirely on which district hears it. Then there's the matter of the SCOTUS having absolute say over what cases it chooses to hear, so it can and frequently does straight up refuse to provide definitive rulings on contentious matters of law that have made their way through the courts, even when there's a massive amount of public interest in having those questions answered.

     In exchange for permanently rebuking any further support for H-1B indentured servant importation, I'd support handing Elon all the billion-dollar federal contracts that were originally rewarded to his competition. Surely that would work out to more of a net gain than he'd realize from the Infinite Indian Plan. Plus you could set a precedent that bringing in H-1Bs hurts a company's prospects of winning government contracts.
